General Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Mufalani Ahmad.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may place our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&C in text form. You may view the contract text in your customer login area.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Advance Payment (Bank Transfer): If you choose advance payment, we will provide our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit Card: When placing your order, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after submitting the order.

PayPal / PayPal Express: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered and pre-selected customers in their PayPal account. We have no influence over the availability of such options. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
6. Warranty and Guarantees

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

8. Trusted Shops Buyer Protection Agreement
You may secure orders placed with us free of charge up to an order value of 100 EUR through the Trusted Shops AG buyer protection. Beyond that, Trusted Shops offers additional paid protection in cooperation with a guarantor. The applicable buyer protection conditions can be found at the provided link.
Buyer protection is concluded by clicking the appropriately labeled button on the Trustcard, which appears as a pop-up on the order confirmation page after completing your order.
To provide buyer protection, the Trustcard must access order data temporarily stored in your browser cache. This access is local, and no order data is transmitted to Trusted Shops unless you actively consent. If you consent, a hash value of your email address, order number, and order amount will be transmitted to Trusted Shops.
If you are already registered with Trusted Shops, your order will be automatically protected. If you are not yet registered, you may register via the Trustcard as described above. For more information on data protection at Trusted Shops, please refer to the buyer protection conditions.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here.
We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
